Volcom is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team — for the position of Sales Assistant at our Volcom Outlet Store in Vila do Conde Porto Fashion Outlet.

Your missions

As a brand ambassador and key member of the store team, you will contribute to the store’s overall performance and ensure the best possible customer experience.

• Welcoming and advising customers, delivering excellent service aligned with Volcom’s brand values.
• Achieving individual and collective sales targets through active selling and upselling techniques.
• Maintaining the store’s perfect appearance through effective merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Participating in daily store operations: cash handling, fitting rooms, stockroom organization, and visual standards.
• Sharing your product knowledge and promoting the Volcom lifestyle and collections to our customers.

Your profile

• Previous retail experience, ideally in fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle brands.
• Dynamic, motivated, and
  - oriented, with excellent communication skills.
• Team player who enjoys working in a
  - paced and energetic environment.
• Genuine interest in boardsports and the Volcom culture.

As tuas funções

Como embaixador(a) da marca e membro essencial da equipa de loja, irás contribuir para o desempenho global do ponto de venda e garantir a melhor experiência possível aos nossos clientes. Em estreita colaboração com o Store Manager e com a equipa de Retail, serás responsável por:

• Receber e aconselhar os clientes, assegurando um serviço de excelência alinhado com os valores da marca Volcom.
• Atingir os objetivos individuais e coletivos de vendas através de técnicas de venda ativa e upselling.
• Manter a loja em perfeitas condições, garantindo o bom estado do merchandising e a reposição de stock.
• Participar nas operações diárias da loja: caixa, provadores, organização do armazém e manutenção dos padrões visuais.
• Partilhar o teu conhecimento de produto e promover o estilo de vida e as coleções Volcom junto dos clientes.

O teu perfil

• Experiência anterior em retalho, idealmente em moda, desporto ou marcas lifestyle.
• Dinâmico(a), motivado(a) e orientado(a) para o cliente, com excelentes capacidades de comunicação.
• Espírito de equipa e gosto por trabalhar num ambiente dinâmico e desafiante.
• Interesse pelo universo boardsports e pela cultura Volcom.
