About The Role

• As a Sales Associate at Claire's, you will be responsible for:
• Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales
• Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
• Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
• Demonstrating Claire's products
• Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge
• Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions
• Ear piercing (full training provided)
• Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to customers

About You

• Some high school education required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good organizational abilities
• Basic computer skills
• Understanding the importance of customer service
• Strong reading comprehension and a good understanding of mathematics
• Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
• Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
• Capability to bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and step stools for merchandise placement and customer assistance
• Ability to operate the POS system
