We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant to join DISPLAX team.

Main Responsibilities

• Follow up and process customer orders, ensuring proper execution.
• Support the sales team in preparing commercial proposals and documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Finance, and Logistics departments to ensure efficient order delivery and resolve any issues.
• Participate in meetings and sales presentations when needed.
• Keep customer records and sales data up to date.
• Follow up on
  - sale processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare simple reports and analyses on sales and customer
  - up.
• Assist in organizing events or customer visits.
• Communicate effectively with customers and the team to ensure clear and efficient information flow.

Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written) — mandatory.
• Knowledge of other languages such as Spanish, French, or Italian is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with multiple internal departments.
