About The Role

• As a Sales Associate at Claire's, you will be responsible for:
• Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales.
• Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
• Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Demonstrating Claire's products.
• Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge.
• Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
• Ear piercing (full training provided).
• Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers.

About You

• Some high school education required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities.
• Basic computer skills.
• Understanding the importance of customer service.
• Strong math skills and good reading comprehension.
• Ability to stand during scheduled shifts.
• Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Capability to bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and step stools to place merchandise and assist customers.
• Ability to operate POS systems.
