We are currently looking for sales associates for our Victoria's Secret store at Norteshopping, Porto. The role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience that fosters loyalty and drives sales:

• Support a
  - centric culture focused on satisfying customer needs
• Build customer loyalty through activities like opening Victoria’s Secret Angel cards and customer relationship marketing
• Support brand initiatives by modeling effective selling behaviors
• Utilize the bra wardrobe to introduce merchandise and follow up with customers in fitting rooms
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all categories
• Enhance personal knowledge of product categories proactively
• Follow all Victoria’s Secret processes to improve selling efficiency and complete
  - selling tasks
• Stay aware of sales, promotions, and ringing procedures
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Adhere to brand standards
• Assist customers with merchandise recovery and replenishment to maintain a full, inviting store environment
• Participate in housekeeping and maintenance of the sales floor and stock areas
• Contribute to a safe working environment and store strategy to minimize shrinkage
• Promote a culture of honesty to support loss prevention
• Profiles with a disability certificate are valued.
