HUGO BOSS is seeking Sales Associates to join us in Amoreiras Shopping Center, Avenida Eng. Duarte Pacheco 2063.

• 32 hours per week, rotating schedule.
• Previous experience as a sales associate in retail;
  
  experience in luxury retail is a plus.
• Proactivity and motivation.
• 4-month contract.
• Fluent English (C1 level).

What you can expect:

• Provide excellent customer service and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.
• Maximize every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify customer needs and answer all
  - related questions regarding price, location, features, benefits, and use of HUGO BOSS merchandise.
• Ensure all customer orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time.
• Optimize product knowledge to recommend and draw customer attention to products, maximizing sales opportunities.

• Experience in retail sales within a luxury brand environment.
• Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to handle multiple demands and priorities successfully.
• Maintain professionalism under all circumstances.
• Fluent English skills.
