HUGO BOSS is seeking Sales Associates to join the BOSS Outlet at Freeport to work 40 hours per week, full time.

- Rotating schedules.

- Immediate incorporation.

What you can expect:

1. To provide excellent levels of customer service and surpass customer expectations at every opportunity.
2. To maximize every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPIs.
3. To identify customer needs and answer all
   - related questions, including queries regarding price, location, features, benefits, and use of HUGO BOSS merchandise.
4. To ensure all customers' orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time.
5. To optimize product knowledge to recommend products effectively and draw customer attention to maximize sales opportunities.

Your profile:

1. Demonstrated experience in retail sales within a luxury brand environment.
2. Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges.
3. Professional appearance and conduct.
4. Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities successfully.
5. Maintaining professionalism under all circumstances.
6. Fluent in English and/or Chinese.
