We are seeking a proactive Sales Associate to join our team, supporting our mission to expand and enhance our

- course offerings. This role is key in ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students and a smooth operational flow across our educational products. As our Sales Associate, you’ll have a blend of responsibilities spanning commercial, administrative, and
- focused areas. You’ll directly engage with leads and prospective students, supporting them throughout their journey with our
- courses and
- courses, while taking ownership of critical administrative processes. This role requires someone
- oriented, with strong communication skills and a drive to innovate, as you will play a vital role in our team’s continuous improvement and success.

Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with leads from
- courses to convert them to paying customers- Respond to 1-to-1 questions from contacts before and after applying to courses.
- Utilize effective outbound sales strategies (email, phone, Whats
App) to upsell signal payments to
- courses to full payment. - Reach out to leads who abandoned the checkout process to provide assistance and encourage upsell opportunities.
- Own and present acquisition online webinars to drive acquisition efforts.
- Own the administrative work of the
- courses- Create and maintain accurate documentation, collecting candidate information to streamline processes and maintain compliance.
- Verify and reconcile payments in line with procedures.
- Monitor and track applications for public funded programs, providing timely updates and support.
- Generate and issue certificates as required for public funded programs.
- Support the admissions team for
- courses and analyze and report on performance- Run contact inquiries by email, Whats
App or video meetings with prospective bootcamp students. - Monitor outcomes and provide insights into performance, assessing the effectiveness of strategies.
- Document processes and share best practices with team members to enhance effectiveness.
- Contribute to product growth with ideas and take ownership of projects that enable growth for the team and you.

About you
- You are based in Portugal (ideally in Lisbon).
- You have 1 year+ of experience in recruitment, customer support, sales or another
- facing role; tech experience is a plus. - You are a clear and confident communicator with exceptional written and spoken Portuguese and English.
- You excel in organization and can maintain structure while finding practical solutions.
- You have handled inquiries such as calls and emails in previous roles.
- You prefer working autonomously and can learn independently.
- Experience with a CRM is a plus (Hub
Spot experience is beneficial). - You enjoy administrative work and value independence in managing and optimizing processes.
