We are looking for a Sales Associate in our HUGO BOSS shop in shop ECI Gaia, located at Avenida Republica 1435, Porto.

• 40 hours per week (Full-time job)
• Menswear shop
• Previous experience in retail
• ECI experience is a plus
• English B2-C1 level advantage

• Providing excellent customer service and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity
• Maximizing every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPIs
• Identifying customer needs and answering
  - related questions regarding price, features, benefits, and usage of HUGO BOSS merchandise
• Ensuring all customer orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time
• Optimizing product knowledge to recommend and highlight products to customers, maximizing sales opportunities

• Experience in retail sales within a luxury brand environment
• Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Ability to handle multiple demands and priorities
• Maintains professionalism under all circumstances
• Fluent in English
