Job Description:

HUGO BOSS is seeking Sales Associates to join the HUGO Store Boavista, Full Time 36 hours per week.

- From Monday to Friday 6 hours per week, from 10:00 to 18:00.

- Immediate Incorporation.

- 2 month contract for vacation coverage.

- Possibility of a
- term contract if the person is a good employee.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent levels of customer service and surpass customer expectations at every opportunity.
• Maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators.
• Identify customer needs and answer all
  - related questions, responding to queries regarding price, location, features, benefits, and use of HUGO BOSS merchandise.
• Ensure all customers' orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time.
• Optimise product knowledge to recommend and draw customers' attention to products in order to maximise selling opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience of retail sales in a luxury brand environment.
• Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges.
• Always present a professional image.
• Successfully handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
• Maintain professionalism under all circumstances.
• Fluent in English and/or fluent in Chinese.
