Intertek Lab. Test Portugal ( Softlines - Hardlines Laboratory ) is searching for a Sales back office professional to give support to our Sales Team in Portugal.

You will be in charge amongst others of the following:

• Database management (CRM) including update and new clients.
• Customer relationship management.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
• Quotation, proposal & Tender preparation. Managing rates, prices, payment methods, general conditions.
• Telephone support and other digital means.

Requirements:

• English level ( B2 - C1 ) spoken and written
• Domain of Office Package ( Excel ).
• People skills. Excellent communication skills to deal with clients.
• Dynamic and proactive.
• Can do attitude
