The Role
The Sales Business Analyst will align with WTW’s broader sales analytics strategy to execute requirements across all segments and businesses. This role partners closely with the sales analytics team to enhance our data models and sales insights, supporting
- making and
-
- market strategies. The role aims to foster growth by improving sales analytics, providing predictive insights on sales trends, pipeline, and connectivity across businesses.
Main Functions
- Partner with global businesses as an analyst skilled in Power BI, Excel Power Query, and financial acumen.
- Utilize Microsoft tools, especially Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and Excel.
- Identify data inaccuracies and raise issues as needed.
- Cleanse large data sets and utilize internal enterprise data sources for mapping requirements.
- Understand the data model applied to business and geographic contexts.
- Recommend improvements in data models and communicate analytics effectively.
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Experience with data research and sales data analytics.
- Expertise in Excel and Power BI.
- Understanding of CRM systems and data lakes.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Technically savvy with the ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
- Broad understanding of WTW’s capabilities and expertise.
