We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of customer service and support, with a focus on improving sales performance within the customer service environment.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the sales skills of call center agents;
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve individual and team sales performance;
• Analyze sales metrics and identify areas for improvement;
• Collaborate with management to design and implement sales strategies and initiatives;
• Conduct
  - playing exercises and sales simulations to prepare agents for
  - world scenarios;
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments;
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure training content is relevant and effective;
• Support to manage the outbound activities.

What you'll need

• Higher Education Degree (preferential);
• Fluency in German & English (mandatory);
• Proven experience in sales coaching or training, preferably within a customer service environment;
• Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team;
• Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of training programs;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and mentor less experienced professionals.
