We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Coach Specialist to join our client's Retention team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the competencies of our employees by delivering training programs that align with our company's core values and supervising all aspects of training interventions.

Ability to plan, create and implement a sales coaching strategy

Deliver comprehensive training programs, including new employee orientation and ongoing professional development, to meet the evolving needs of the staff;

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver training solutions that exceed expectations, promoting a culture of quality service and customer satisfaction;

Demonstrate a proactive approach to your work, displaying initiative, effort, and commitment to completing assignments efficiently and effectively;

Test and review created materials;

Provide and receive feedback effectively;

Evaluate training effectiveness, document participant progress, and communicate findings to the relevant manager;

competências

1-2 years proven experience as a Sales Coach or similar role in sales

Experience in sales techniques, including
- calls and negotiation

Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

Proficient in MS Office

Experience in coaching people

Certification in sales training is a plus

Demonstrates resilience and innovative thinking

Skilled in reporting and data analysis

High energy and enthusiasm to inspire others
