Sales Coach Specialist - German (M/F/X)

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Coach Specialist to join our client's Retention team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the competencies of our employees by delivering training programs that align with our company’s core values and supervising all aspects of training interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to plan, create and implement a sales coaching strategy
• Deliver comprehensive training programs, including new employee orientation and ongoing professional development, to meet the evolving needs of the staff;
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver training solutions that exceed expectations, promoting a culture of quality service and customer satisfaction;
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to your work, displaying initiative, effort, and commitment to completing assignments efficiently and effectively;
• Test and review created materials;
• Provide and receive feedback effectively;
• Evaluate training effectiveness, document participant progress, and communicate findings to the relevant manager;

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years proven experience as a Sales Coach or similar role in sales
• Experience in sales techniques, including
  - calls and negotiation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience in coaching people
• Certification in sales training is a plus
• Demonstrates resilience and innovative thinking
• Skilled in reporting and data analysis
• High energy and enthusiasm to inspire others
