Join our client’s Retention Team in Lisbon and play a key role in shaping the success of their sales force!

? What You’ll Do

As a Sales Coach Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in driving performance by designing and delivering dynamic training programs that align with the company’s values. Your mission? Empowering teams to exceed expectations — through knowledge, motivation, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Plan, create, and implement effective sales coaching strategies

✅ Deliver impactful training sessions – from onboarding to continuous development

✅ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to tailor training solutions

✅ Continuously review, test, and refine training content

✅ Track training effectiveness and report on progress

✅ Share and receive feedback to fuel growth

✅ Cultivate a culture of excellence, service, and innovation

? What We’re Looking For

✔ 1–2 years of proven experience as a Sales Coach or in a similar sales role

✔ Strong knowledge of sales techniques, including cold calling and negotiation

✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

✔ Hands-on experience in coaching and mentoring sales professionals

✔ Proficient in MS Office and confident in using reporting tools

✔ Certification in sales training (a plus!)

✔ Skilled in reporting and data analysis

✔ High energy, enthusiasm, and a natural ability to inspire others

✔ Creative
