WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

This is an
- based function within the LSO providing direct support and coordination with the customer with regards to order processing, shipping of goods and stock coordination. Main functions:

• Enter and execute orders in SAP, including coordination with logistics
• Coordinate with logistics, customers, and other internal departments about delivery details
• Execute stockshifts in SAP based on the decision of the Planning team, and inform logistics
• Support the daily management of stock levels and taking action to ensure availability
• Execute warranty exchanges based on the decision provided by the Technical Service team
• Manage transport damages or hidden damages (verification with customer, contact with service, coordination with logistics)
• Launch and control the process for credit and debit notes and follow them until approval
• Support payment collections from customers
• Resolve customer’s queries, complaints and disputes, finding and updating customer regarding possible solutions, and coordinate internally if needed
• Support with additional general office tasks and reports on an as‑needed basis

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Apprenticeship, Secondary school education, vocational training or equivalent education and experience
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the field
• SAP desired
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken English skills
• Strong administration skills with a high attention to detail
• MS Office skills, esp. Excel
• Analytical skills
