Summary

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our
- opening team at Andaz Lisbon.

Expected to open in Q3 2025, Andaz Lisbon will offer guests an exciting new luxury lifestyle hotel in the Portuguese capital, representing a key milestone in Hyatt’s continued brand growth in Southern Europe. The hotel will be the second Hyatt-branded property in Lisbon, located in the bustling Baixa district along Rua Augusta. It will comprise five buildings, including the historic Banco Português de Investimento (BPI) offices. The central building will feature 170 guestrooms, with surrounding satellite buildings offering various private suites. This urban resort aims to provide an authentic Lisbon experience.

About The Role

We seek a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join during the
- opening phase, reporting to the Director of Sales, who reports to the Director of Commercial Services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Negotiate, quote, and contract groups and events at the hotel.
2. Manage and coordinate all group bookings from inquiry to
   - departure, ensuring seamless communication and service.
3. Liaise with internal departments (Sales, F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping) to meet group requirements and expectations.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate partners to encourage repeat business.
5. Monitor group performance, provide reports, and contribute to revenue growth through upselling and strategic planning.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Proven 2 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality.

Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical abilities,
- focused attitude.

Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
