Sales Coordinator
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our
- opening team at Andaz Lisbon.
Expected to open in Q3 2025, Andaz Lisbon will offer guests an exciting new luxury lifestyle hotel in the Portuguese capital. It will be a key milestone in Hyatt’s brand growth in Southern Europe and will be the second Hyatt-branded hotel in Lisbon. Located in the bustling Baixa district along Rua Augusta, the hotel comprises five buildings, including the historic Banco Português de Investimento (BPI). The hotel features 170 guestrooms and private suites, providing an authentic Lisbon experience.
About The Role
We seek a dynamic Sales Coordinator during the
- opening phase, reporting to the Director of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate, quote, and contract groups and events.
- Manage all group bookings from inquiry to
- departure, ensuring seamless service. - Coordinate with internal departments to meet group requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
- Monitor group performance, provide reports, and identify upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
