We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our
- opening team at Andaz Lisbon.

Expected to open in Q3 2025, Andaz Lisbon will offer guests a new luxury lifestyle hotel in the Portuguese capital, marking a key milestone in Hyatt’s brand growth in Southern Europe. Located in Lisbon’s bustling Baixa district along Rua Augusta, the hotel will consist of five buildings, including the historic Banco Português de Investimento (BPI) offices. The main building will feature 170 guestrooms, with four surrounding satellite buildings offering private suites. This urban resort will allow guests to experience authentic Lisbon.

About the role

We seek a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join during the
- opening phase, reporting to the Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate, quote, and contract groups and events.
• Manage all group bookings from inquiry to
  - departure, ensuring seamless service.
• Liaise with internal departments to meet group requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, travel agents, and partners.
• Monitor group performance and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: Proven 2 years in sales, preferably in hospitality.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical skills, and customer focus.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
