Sales Crm Data Specialist

We are looking to strengthen our Marketing team with a CRM & Data Specialist (M/F).
The CRM Specialistb> is responsible for managing and optimizing Tecnimede's CRM to support the marketing and sales teams.
This role will also be responsible for collecting and reporting CRM data that allows trends to be identified and which can be used to improve marketing campaigns and the performance of sales teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, CRM experience and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining the company's CRM, ensuring it is

- date and compliant with sector regulations; - Manage the database of HCPs and pharmacies, ensuring the accuracy, consistency and correct alignment of the commercial teams' dashboards;
- Creating CRM data reports that meet the needs of the different Business Units;
- Keeping up to date with the latest CRM trends and technologies.
- Develop SQL queries for extracting, analyzing and integrating data from different sources;
- Create and maintain dashboards and interactive reports in Power BI, providing actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams;
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics, management, data analysis, mathematics, marketing or others;
- 1-2 years of experience in CRM and data analysis;
- Experience in CRM systems Salesforce, VEEVA, OCE or others;
- Knowledge of SQL and experience in data analysis and modeling;
- Experience with data integration, BI tools (Power BI);
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Additional skills
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture and functionalities, especially modules related to customer management, sales, marketing and service;
- Certifications or trainings related to CRM or data management would be highly valued;
- Experience in implementing Power BI and/or AI projects;
- Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus;

Responsibilities
The CRM Specialist is mainly responsible for supporting the Customer Relationship Management operations and ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency in the following tasks:
- Managing and updating customer records and related entities in the CRM system;
- Creating and maintaining workflows, campaigns, and segmentation lists;
- Extracting and analyzing CRM data for reporting and performance tracking;
- Preparing dashboards, reports, and presentations for management;
- Monitoring data quality and compliance with internal standards;
- Supporting integration between CRM and other business systems;
- Providing assistance to the marketing and sales teams for CRM-related activities;
- General statement: Keeping the team updated on CRM best practices and market trends.
