Your mission

We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled Senior Product Owner to lead our Sales Data & AI Enablement initiative. This role is pivotal in scaling our AI-powered sales transformation across regions and business units. The ideal candidate will combine deep AI/ML expertise with strong product ownership and stakeholder management capabilities to drive innovation and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• You consult business partners on AI opportunities and use cases, identify the most suitable platforms and implementation partners, and support implementation efforts.
• Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions to optimize sales performance.
• You work together with regions and business units, data engineers, and digitalization teams to bring AI to life across the organization.
• You run and prioritize AI & Data related IT demands across regions to coordinate a global demand funnel
• You participate and grow the Sales Data & AI Community across multiple countries.
• Manage the demand funnel and oversee implementation of
  - specific initiatives.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Proven experience in product ownership of AI/ML solutions.
• Strong international stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to build and lead technical communities.
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.

We are looking for. . .

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• You have several years of experience in AI and ML architecture and development.
• You have strong communication and partner engagement skills.
