What we are looking for:

We are seeking a structured and proactive Sales Desk Associate (m/f/d) to join our Inside Sales team. You will support daily operations, ensure process execution, and coordinate across teams. Your role is to keep our sales engine running efficiently by clearing roadblocks, accelerating deal cycles, and enabling sales reps to focus on closing deals.

• Qualify inbound leads and assign them to the appropriate sales reps
• Assist in creating quotes and contracts, and ensure accurate CRM updates
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to drive deals forward
• Monitor pipeline hygiene and support forecasting accuracy
• Maintain internal documentation and process playbooks
• Ensure compliance with approval workflows and pricing policies

Basic Qualifications:

• Excellent listening, reasoning,
  - through, and communication skills in both written and verbal English and Spanish (Italian or other languages are a plus)
• Easy to work with and a positive attitude
• Sense of urgency
• Initial commercial experience
• Strong attention to detail and a reliable, structured work approach
• Excellent organizational and
  - up skills
• Experience with CRM systems like Hub
  Spot for managing sales pipelines and customer data
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing requirements

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience in B2B Saa
  S or a
  - growing tech environment
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs
• Ability to work
  - functionally and support multiple stakeholders
