Social Media Manager
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join the Social Media team based in Lisbon.
Objectives and Tasks / Responsibilities:
As a Social Media Manager, you will own everything that happens within the brand's community.
- Monthly content planning aligned with the defined strategy, working closely with content creators who will be responsible for production.
- Publishing content across various platforms.
- Actively engaging with the brand's social media channels through highly active and proactive community management.
- Constant active listening: researching and identifying trends relevant to the brand, proposing content opportunities to capitalize on them, and executing them when they involve quick production.
- Analysis and reporting: participating in the creation of performance reports, analyzing key KPIs, and proposing improvements alongside the rest of the team.
- Proposing creative content ideas for both
- on content and campaign execution across various social media channels, especially X, IG, and Tik
Tok. - Strong organizational skills to manage content at varying production speeds.
- Direct contact with clients and other agency departments involved in daily operations.
- Maintain a collaborative attitude within the Social Media department, driving initiatives and optimizations within the Social Content area.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and Advanced level of Spanish to maintain fluid communication with the Madrid team.
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Previous experience in creating videos for social media.
- A content portfolio will be valued.
- Availability to travel for monthly shoots in Madrid.
Social Media Customer Support – English (M/F) | Night Shift

Job Overview:
We are seeking an

- oriented Digital Marketing Automation Associate to join our digital marketing team to support our B2B email marketing automation program at Mercer.
You will play a critical role in supporting the adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys, building and optimizing automated journeys, and upskilling colleagues through documentation and training.
Collaboration is central to our culture, and you will partner with cross‑functional teams to translate strategy into measurable outcomes and continuous improvements.
We will count on you to:
- Take responsibility for our use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys: develop templates, forms, segments, and multi‑step automations; ensure QA (including Litmus) and mobile optimization.
- Collaborate closely with marketing leadership and campaign stakeholders to contribute strategic insights and recommendations that shape campaign planning, audience targeting, and automation approaches.
- Build, test (A/B), deploy, and optimize email journeys that align to campaign goals; implement UTM standards and integrate web forms for tracking.
- Partner with campaign leads on journey design, audience definition, and lead‑scoring/nurture logic.
- Document processes and create practical training/reference materials; upskill marketers on tools, best practices, deliverability, and data privacy.
- Monitor performance of email campaigns and landing pages using dashboards and reports (e. g. , Adobe Analytics, Dynamics) and translate insights into recommendations to improve ROMI.
- Identify and pilot generative AI use cases for automation innovation and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in marketing, sales, IT, and data teams to resolve integrations, improve data quality, and streamline operations.
What makes you stand out?

- Understanding of marketing automation concepts like segmentation, lead scoring, A/B testing, nurture, and ABM strategies.

- Comfort with HTML and CSS, plus familiarity with QA and deliverability tools like Litmus and Validity.

- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to influence, mentor, and support colleagues.
