Arrow is currently investing significant resources to deliver successful revenue increase across its Enterprise GRC and Awareness Platform offerings. Sales Development Representatives have a critical role in providing customer acquisition.
Role Summary
As the SDR Manager, you will lead and grow a team of Sales Development Representatives responsible for customer acquisition and pipeline generation. Your role will be critical in hiring top talent, coaching team members, refining sales outreach strategies, and driving measurable results. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and seamless lead progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and scale a team of Sales Development Representatives focused on both outbound and inbound lead generation.
- Recruit, onboard, and train SDRs to ensure consistent performance and career growth.
- Set clear activity goals and sales KPIs; monitor and drive the team to meet or exceed targets.
- Analyze performance data to optimize outreach strategies and improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and feedback through regular 1:1 sessions and call reviews.
- Work closely with marketing and sales to align messaging, campaigns, and lead qualification processes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate reports to track individual and team metrics.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and
- performance team culture. - Continuously improve SDR workflows, scripts, email cadences, and sales playbooks.
- Stay updated on Cyber
Arrow products, market trends, and competitor activities to support team success.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of hiring, managing, and developing SDR teams in a B2B Saa
S environment. - Deep understanding of SDR workflows, including outbound prospecting, lead qualification, objection handling, and pipeline generation.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e. g. , Hub
Spot, Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (e. g. , Outreach, Salesloft), and Linked
In Recruiter. - Strong data analysis skills and ability to use metrics to drive team performance improvements.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a

- driven environment. - High degree of ownership, initiative, and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience in cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance Saa
S products. - Previous experience managing remote or distributed SDR teams.
- Familiarity with the cybersecurity market and enterprise software sales cycles.
