Sales Development Representative - Europe

- time data, scalability, and flexible processing options. We are seeking a motivated and talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Paymentology’s team. The SDR will identify, engage, and qualify potential clients within the fintech, retail banking, and digital banking sectors, and work with sales and marketing to schedule
- value meetings and build relationships with
- makers.
Responsibilities
- Research and Outreach: Identify and research key contacts and
- makers at fintechs, retail banks, and digital banks within your territory. Use Email, Linked
In, and phone calls to connect with potential customers and initiate conversations. Leverage Hub
Spot CRM and AI outreach tools to track interactions, manage outreach campaigns, and ensure seamless
- ups. - Relationship Building: Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with
- makers, laying the foundation for successful,
- term partnerships. Engage with prospects through strategic, consultative approaches that address their needs and challenges. - Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, providing a personalised and
- driven experience. Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand Paymentology’s value proposition and solutions. Proactively identify client needs and tailor solutions to address challenges, driving engagement and
- term partnerships. - Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and Paymentology’s sales team. Follow up with prospects to ensure smooth transitions and address
- meeting queries. - Event and Trade Show Engagement: Represent Paymentology at industry networking events, conferences, and trade shows (e. g. , Money 20/20, Singapore Fintech Festival, Seamless Africa). Engage with prospects and clients in person, support the sales team by coordinating scheduled meetings and
- ups, and facilitate
- event debriefs to capture insights for future strategy. - Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in Hub
Spot. Provide weekly reports on outreach progress, meeting schedules, and conversion rates to Sales and Marketing. Share insights to refine messaging and collaborate with
- functional teams to align outreach with campaign goals and business objectives.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or
- facing roles within fintech, payment processing, or Saa
S. - Knowledge of the payments, fintech, retail, and digital banking landscape in Europe.
- German or Dutch language skills are a plus.
- Strong research and communication skills via email, phone, and
- person, with the ability to craft personalised and impactful messaging. - Experience with Linked
In Sales Navigator, Hub
Spot, AI outreach platforms,
- gathering resources, and email automation tools. - Consultative selling approach with the ability to establish trust with prospects.
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a
- paced environment. - Self-driven with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.
