Sales Development Representative (Inbound)
Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with businesses that have the potential to become future customers or are already part of our client's ecosystem. Your mission is to support these businesses in overcoming challenges and achieving their goals. Collaborating with an
- leading demand generation team, you will connect with prospects who have shown interest through their marketing content, providing insights and meaningful conversations to demonstrate how the solutions can contribute to their success.
Location & Schedule
Hybrid role and will require you to work 3 days a week from our Porto or Lisbon, Portugal office.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries from existing customers with speed and professionalism.
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer, including goals, organization structure,
- making processes, and pain points. - Identify upsell and
- sell opportunities by understanding customer needs and product usage. - Qualify leads, deliver qualified opportunities and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Work collaboratively with teams across the company, including Marketing, Business Development, Sales and Customer Success.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and contribute to pipeline growth for existing customers.

Experience
- 2+ years of experience in B2B
- sales, sales, customer success or a similar
- facing role, preferably in a Saa
S or tech environment (outbound or inbound). - Comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of sales development processes and customer lifecycle.
- Fluency in Portuguese and a professional level of English are essential.
- Proven ability to translate complex technology into compelling
- based stories for both technical and
- technical audiences. - Demonstrated success in accelerating sales cycles and increasing deal size through strategic solution selling.
