Sales Development Representative (Inbound) Porto

Overview

Sales Development Representative (Inbound) - Portuguese speaker at Sage. This role focuses on identifying and engaging with businesses that could become customers, supporting them to overcome challenges and achieve goals. You will work with demand generation teams to connect with prospects who showed interest, delivering insights and conversations that demonstrate how Sage solutions can help.

Location and schedule

Hybrid role; requires work three days per week from the Porto, Portugal office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries from existing customers promptly and professionally.
• Develop a deep understanding of
  - ' goals, organization structure,
  - making processes, and pain points.
• Identify upsell and
  - sell opportunities based on customer needs and product usage.
• Qualify leads, deliver qualified opportunities, and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and contribute to pipeline growth for existing customers.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B
  - sales, sales, customer success, or similar
  - facing roles, preferably Saa
  S or tech (outbound or inbound).
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub
  Spot) and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of sales development processes and the customer lifecycle.
• Fluency in Portuguese and professional English proficiency.
• Ability to translate complex technology into compelling value stories for technical and
  - technical audiences.
• Proven success in accelerating sales cycles and increasing deal size through strategic solution selling.
