About The Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team and help us scale our impact. You'll play a key role in identifying opportunities, building client relationships and driving revenue growth, with a special focus on the healthcare ecosystem.
As a Business Development Associate, you will:
- Execute strategic sales plans and business development initiatives
- Identify and qualify new leads through market research and outreach
- Grow revenue from existing accounts through upselling and
- selling - Build and maintain
- term client relationships - Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to clinical and operational stakeholders
- Develop sales proposals and materials aligned with client needs
- Coordinate all business development activities across internal teams
- Keep CRM data accurate and updated throughout the sales cycle
To be considered for this role, here are the skills we're looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences - mandatory
- Minimum of 2 years in sales, business development, account management or similar roles, ideally within healthcare, pharma, healthtech or consulting
- Solid understanding of healthcare systems and clinical workflows - from primary care to hospital settings
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high level of organisation, ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders under pressure
- Feel confident presenting to healthcare professionals and
- makers - Have strong analytical thinking and business acumen
- Are comfortable working with clear performance targets (KPIs)
- Are interested in digital health and healthcare innovation
- Are proactive, curious and eager to learn in a
- paced environment - Speak other languages
