Sales Development Representative
CIPHER, the cybersecurity company of the Prosegur Group, is looking for a Sales Development Representative team.
Functions:
Prospecting for new customers: Identify and contact potential customers through cold calls, emails and other communication strategies. Schedule meetings for the Sales team
Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads to determine if they are a good fit for the company's products or services.
Market research: Analyze the market and competition to identify new business opportunities.
Collaboration with the sales team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure that qualified leads are converted into customers.
CRM Management: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to record and track all lead interactions.
Requirements:
Experience in technical lead generation, does not necessarily have to come from the cybersecurity world, can come from technology or similar.
2-3 years of experience.
Languages: Portuguese, Spanish and English (Advanced)
