Sales Development Representative
Role: Sales Development Representative (EMEA + USA)
Location: Hybrid, commutable to Lisbon 1 day every 2 weeks
Salary: €20, 700 base + OTE and strong benefits package

- International team of around 500+ with a local team in Lisbon
Role:
- Generate leads through proactive outbound efforts including cold calling, targeted emails, and social outreach.
- Research and identify potential customers that match our ideal customer profile.
- Qualify prospects through discovery conversations to understand their needs and challenges.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives, providing context and insights that help maximize closing potential.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM, ensuring the sales pipeline is clean and organised.
Requirements:
- 1 years' experience in a sales or
- facing role, ideally in Saa
S, tech, or B2B sales - Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage prospects effectively
- Strong understanding of the sales process, with a
- driven attitude and the resilience to handle rejections. - Strong drive, creativity, and competitive spirit with the ability to think outside the box
- Based within 1 hour of Lisbon and happy getting into the office once per week
- Fluent English - any other language a plus
- Must be hands on, motivated, coachable and a good listener
