As a Sales Development Representative, you will support the global sales department with activities such as outreach, prospecting, quotes preparation, small quotes, and lead qualification.

Job Description

• SLA Contract Renewal (Main Focus):
• Create, negotiate, and manage SLAs with customers and internal teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of service expectations.
• Initiate renewal processes and gather necessary information for customer overviews.
• Engage in the sale of SLA offers.
• Customer Communication: Act as a liaison for SLA-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
• Generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with SLA Manager to communicate needs and requirements.
• Lead Management:
• Generate qualified leads and nurture relationships with prospects.
• Manage a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
• Represent EVS products and services, explaining how solutions meet customer needs.
• Small Quotes: Support sales colleagues with small quotes activities using CRM software.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales or related field, or at least 3 years’ experience.
• Sales-oriented and
  - focused approach.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Open-minded, flexible, and adaptable to change.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Asset

• Knowledge of CRM software D365.
• Technical or broadcast background is a plus.

Languages

• Knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
