Location: Portugal-based (Lisbon + hybrid preferred)
Contract: Full-time, trial contract (3–6 months)

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to help us open doors and build a consistent, qualified sales pipeline. If you know how to prospect, personalize, and get the meeting, read on.
What You’ll Do
- Own outbound prospecting via email, Linked
In, and phone—focused on US-based CTOs, Heads of Product, and VPs of Engineering - Research and identify key accounts in our target verticals (product-led growth, fintech, Saa
S, etc. ) - Handle inbound
- ups from marketing - Book
- quality discovery calls - Keep CRM (Pipedrive) spotless—log calls, notes, and qualification details like a pro
- Work closely with the CMO to refine messaging, test new ICPs, and give feedback on market response

Who We’re Looking For
Experience 3–5 years in outbound B2B sales (preferably tech or agency)
Location Portugal-based and able to collaborate during core hours
English Fluency Natural, confident, and persuasive—especially in writing
Tool Mastery You know your way around CRMs, Sales
Nav, cold email tooling
