Sales Development Representative (SDR) Junior
We’re looking for a motivated and
- minded Sales Development Representative Junior with at least 1 year of experience in selling recruitment or
- related services. As part of our Sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, engaging with HR and technology leaders, and growing client accounts with a consultative,
- driven approach.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively identify, research, and approach prospective clients with tech hiring needs (startups,
- ups, and enterprises). - Build relationships with key stakeholders, including HR managers, Talent Acquisition leads, and CTOs.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email and other communication channels.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges and position our services as
- driven solutions. - Create and deliver compelling proposals and pitch materials with support from marketing and leadership.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and service experience for clients.
- Use customer relationship management (CRM - Hubspot and Pipedrive is a plus) software and sales enablement tooling (Amplemarket and Apollo is a plus) to search and manage leads and sales activities.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales—preferably in recruitment, talent solutions, or a
- based business. - Solid understanding of the tech hiring space and roles like software engineers, Dev
Ops, cloud, and data specialists. - Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative approach to sales.
- Self-starter who is organized, coachable, and comfortable working in a
- paced environment. - Experience using CRM platforms and basic sales reporting tools.
Bonus Points For
- Experience selling into HR or tech departments.
- Background in tech recruitment or experience working with recruiters.
- Knowledge of the Saa
S, fintech, or digital transformation space.
