We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing Saa
S organization. This is a remote position within Europe and offers a
- term opportunity for someone who thrives in outbound sales development.
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and Linked
In outreach to engage potential customers. - Research and identify key
- makers within target accounts across the Saa
S, cloud, and enterprise technology sectors. - Qualify inbound leads and ensure smooth handover of opportunities to the sales team.
- Clearly articulate the company’s value proposition and solutions to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate data on leads, activities, and opportunities within the CRM.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies and messaging.
- Consistently meet or exceed
- based KPIs such as calls made, meetings booked, and opportunities created. - Stay up to date with cloud infrastructure, Saa
S, and AI market trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an SDR/BDR role, ideally within Saa
S, cloud, or AI-driven technology companies. - Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and
- handling skills across multiple channels. - Experience with sales engagement tools (e. g. , Linked
In Sales Navigator, Outreach, Sales
Loft, Hub
Spot, or Salesforce). - Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Must be based in Europe and available to work across European time zones.
