Your Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
As our Sales Development Representative, you’ll play an essential role in driving Spotlite’s growth by building strong client relationships with senior management and C-level executives in
- intensive industries. You’ll be on the front lines, identifying new opportunities, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for
- term partnerships.

- day activities will involve collaboration with our experienced Sales and Marketing teams, leveraging

- class sales tools, prospecting potential clients, and managing your pipeline effectively to drive impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and reach out to potential customers via Email, social networks like Linked
In, and Cold Calling. - Qualifying Leads: Assess prospect needs, budget, authority, and timeline to determine sales potential.
- Pipeline Development: Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead details, interactions, and
- ups. - Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing teams to optimize messaging, outreach and inbound strategies.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule intro calls for the Account Executive Team.
- Market Intelligence: Gather insights from prospect interactions to improve targeting and positioning strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of sales development or similar outbound sales experience.
- Experience building and managing a sales pipeline effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, able to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow professionally.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a significant advantage.
- Comfortable with sales tools (CRM systems, sales engagement platforms).
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed quotas or sales targets.
- Experience at a
- paced startup is a plus. - Experience in infrastructure, analytics, or related technology sectors preferred but not mandatory.
