Job Summary: We are seeking a talented, passionate, and committed Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team and growing business. In this role, you will work with and learn from an inclusive and autonomous agile team. You will also collaborate with other product, customer ops, and marketing teams across the company to deliver on time and according to quality standards. Role & Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential leads from various sources.
- Conduct cold and warm outreach via calls, emails, and social channels to generate interest and book meetings for Account Executives.
- Engage and communicate with executives and key
- makers of prospective buyers. - Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and aligning them with Bryj’s solutions.
- Maintain and update lead activity in the CRM system.
- Manage a pipeline of new business opportunities, working towards ambitious company goals.
- Execute
- channel outbound campaigns using customer tracking tools. - Develop expertise in the Bryj platform to effectively communicate its value to prospects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in an SDR role with a strong track record of success.
- Results-driven,
- motivated, and able to thrive in a
- paced Saa
S environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Understanding of the sales process and key responsibilities within it.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a high level of energy and a sense of urgency.
- Adaptable and receptive to feedback, with a willingness to experiment and refine sales strategies.
- Comfortable working in a
- driven environment with measurable individual metrics. - Highly confident, curious, receptive to feedback, and adaptable.
Role Location:
- This is a hybrid position based in Lisbon, Portugal that is required to be in our Lisbon office at least 4 days per week, or as determined by the direct manager.
