Summary

As our SDR, SMB you will help break into new accounts and build relationships with multiple contacts across target segments. You will collaborate with the sales team, conduct market research to identify new prospects, and qualify leads by learning about onboarding approaches.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, phone, and social media)
• Identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges
• Schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects with Account Executives
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve lead generation strategies
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
• Maintain accurate and
  -
  - date records in the CRM system
• Participate in regular sales training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a
  - paced, dynamic, and remote team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated,
  - driven, and eager to learn
• Ability to work autonomously and source solutions
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a
  - carrying role
• Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus
• Entrepreneurial spirit/growth mindset; strong written communication for email campaigns
• Adaptable to a
  - paced environment; active relationship builder
• Previous experience in HR or Fintech or
  - growing startups is preferred
• Remote & distributed team experience preferred
• Native/fluent in English + Dutch
