How about laying the groundwork at one of the top 5 Fintechs in Europe and joining our Sales team as an SDR? We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team in Lisbon as an Outbound Sales Representative for Mollie. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving our company’s growth by generating new business opportunities and connecting with potential clients. You will be responsible for identifying, researching, and reaching out to prospects, as well as qualifying leads and setting up meetings for our senior sales team members.
What you’ll be doing
Conduct research to identify potential clients and key
- makers.
Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our services and generate interest.
Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and purchase timeline.
Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the senior sales team.
Maintain accurate and

- date records in the CRM system (Salesforce).
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for outbound activities and appointment setting.
What you'll bring

Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
