What you will do

• Build and manage a robust B2B sales pipeline
• Prospect and qualify leads
• Support advertisers with tailored, performance‑driven campaign strategies
• Maintain long‑term client relationships and deliver measurable results
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise campaign outcomes

What we are looking for

• Fluent German and strong English
• 1‑2 years’ experience in B2B or outbound sales (digital marketing experience is a plus)
• Experience with CRMs (Salesforce, Hub
  Spot, etc. )
• Solid understanding of sales funnels, KPIs and ROI‑driven campaigns
• A proactive mindset and a passion for building relationships
• EU passport or Portuguese residency card (no sponsorship available)
