Your North Star
As Sales Director, your mission is to drive exponential growth by building a
- performing sales team and a scalable, repeatable sales engine. You’ll lead the charge in helping Room
Raccoon become the most adopted hotel management system in the world.
This is a

- driven professional who thrives on coaching others, optimising sales operations, and hitting ambitious revenue goals.
A Day in the Life of the Sales Director
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Build and execute a
- class B2B sales strategy to drive ARR growth - Define, measure, and refine a repeatable sales model and process
- Own and deliver on individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer on strategic direction
- Manage and grow a distributed team of Account Executives across global markets
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members, ensuring top talent joins and thrives
- Mentor and develop your team through performance coaching and training
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and consistent improvement
- Drive operational excellence through
- driven
- making - Lead weekly pipeline reviews, forecast meetings, and sales performance assessments
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and alignment with broader company goals
- Identify new growth opportunities, markets, and partnership channels
- 5+ years of progressive experience in direct sales and team leadership
- Proven ability to build and scale sales teams and processes
- Experience in Saa
S/technology, ideally in a B2B environment - A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking (able to work both
- down and
- on) - Confident presenter with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of exceeding targets and driving team success
