About the role :
Drone
Shield is seeking a Spain or Portugal-based Sales Director with relevant sales and business development experience to join its team in Europe. The position reports to the Head of European Sales and offers an exceptional opportunity for a
- driven individual in a rapidly growing global market for
- drone security. The role will be part of a small global sales team, supported by Sales Engineers and senior management. Sales channels include

- customer, distributor, and integrator sales. As this is a
- up in a nascent industry, it involves planning, strategy, and sales execution.
The ideal candidate will be both a thinker and a doer—responding to incoming leads and performing essential tasks, alongside
- level strategic work and managing channel partners. The role involves
- on work and learning about complex sensor and electronics systems. A competitive compensation package, including base salary, uncapped sales commission, and stock options, will be offered.
Responsibilities, Duties, and Expectations :
- Work as part of the European team to grow and execute regional strategy.
- Create and prioritize target account lists.
- Prospect and qualify leads from various sources.
- Set meetings, conduct demonstrations, and visit prospects.
- Maintain engagement with leads through creative
- up communications. - Engage in
- level conversations with prospects. - Represent Drone
Shield at tradeshows and industry events. - Conduct system demonstrations and installations.
- Contribute to writing product manuals and SOPs.
- Assist in distributor and
- customer training.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills :
- 5-15 years of technical sales experience, ideally in C-UAS sales.
- Experience in defense or security sectors is essential.
- A technical degree is preferred; otherwise, a proven track record with RF, radar, or similar technologies is required.
- Proven success in sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Motivated
- starter. - Attention to detail.
