Your mission will be… To handle
-
- day activities related to successfully create, maintain, and support CRM business processes, systems, and documenting business requirements for IT Sales / Digital Marketing. Also, with the component of business analysis, you will communicate equally with business owners, users, and IT professionals. You must have a good understanding of Sales Enablement Automation, as well as the
- how to document business needs through business requirements that will drive technical solutions. This role will serve as facilitator, analyst, and problem solver. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work closely in a team environment are critical, as are outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You will align with global, division and business unit strategies and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Service topics such as business analysis, infrastructure, vendor coordination, and incident management support in the Marketing Automation area (Sales Enablement Automation).
- Completing/resolving incident and issue resolution, change requests, and projects according to SLAs. Includes detailing changes needed to configuration, customizing and testing of respective application area according to approved processes.
- Coordinate and track issue resolution, developments, testing, and work packages within the respective application area and supervise for improvement of the delivery processes.
- Close coordination and collaboration with the respective service providers, Demand Managers, Solution Managers, Service Owners, Business Owners, and respective Management regarding issue resolution and prioritization.
- Create business requirement user stories and business impact documents as required using agile tools and methodology.
- Participate in Scoping, Planning, Prioritization, and requirements activities in coordination with Demand Managers, Solution Managers, Developers, and Business Owners on Enhancement Requests, Issue resolution.
- Collaborate and coordinate with IT Business Partner Demand Management and Development Teams on any change request and issue resolution related to Sales Enablement Automation.
- Help track (Sales Enablement Automation) Change Request status and performs periodic reviews with Demand Managers, Business Owners on status, timelines, and costs of Change Requests.
- Collaborate with IT S DSP global operational support team and other vendors on server, network, environment, security changes related items.
- Support Data Management, User Management, and data cleansing activities (Sales Enablement Automation).
- Execution and coordination of testing on enhancements, Highspot releases, and interfaces related to Sales Enablement Automation.
- Support Business Process Training for Sales Enablement Automation business processes as required.
We are looking for someone with…
- BS/BA or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field or advanced degree.
- 3-6 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Enablement tools (Highspot preferred) or similar sales enablement tool experience (Saa
S). - Specialization in Sales Enablement business process expertise.
- Experience in performing configuration, administration, day to day support with Sales Enablement tools.
- Experience handling Sales Enablement application/service support.
- Previous experience in application communication and coordination with stakeholders.
- System development lifecycle
- on experience with Agile Tools and methodology. - Superb communication (verbal, written, presentation) and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English, spoken and written.
- Excellent
- solving skills. - Proven organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
