Sales Engineer

We're now looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team in Portugal (Lisbon or Porto area).
In this role, you'll combine your technical expertise with your sales skills to strengthen KOUVIDIS' presence in the Portuguese market. You'll visit engineering offices, contractors, installers, and industrial clients, understand their needs, and offer them the right solutions — backed by the reliability and innovation that define KOUVIDIS. Working closely with our sales, marketing, and technical teams, you'll ensure that every customer experience reflects our commitment to trust, performance, and
- term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and represent KOUVIDIS products to engineers, contractors, installers, and construction companies.
- Provide technical support and
- on training to customers before and after sales.
- Build and maintain
- term relationships with engineering offices and project consultants.
- Visit construction sites and distributors regularly to stay close to the market.
- Deliver engaging technical presentations and demonstrations.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market development in Portugal.
- Collaborate with the Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure unified communication and brand consistency.
- Monitor competitors and share insights on market trends and opportunities.
- Keep track of activities and client interactions through CRM tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil preferred).
- 5 years of experience in technical or B2B sales, ideally in construction materials or industrial products.
- Good understanding of the construction sector and installation systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both technical and commercial.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Confident user of MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel.
