Be a key driver of our exponential growth. Work directly with our Founder and senior teams. While Lisbon will be your home base, you will travel between Portugal, Denmark, Belgium, Finland, and Greece.
Your Responsibilities
You will manage your own projects, driving results across various initiatives. Responsibilities will evolve over time, with a focus on ownership and development of larger opportunities.
What we expect from you
We seek a dynamic,
- oriented individual who is ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn. Industry experience is not required, but you should be:
- Proactive with strong analytical skills and effective collaboration abilities
- Self-motivated,
- oriented, and capable of owning projects from start to finish - Driven to excel and make an impact
- Hardworking with a sense of urgency
- Curious about business, data, and people, with a knack for building relationships
- Excellent in communication, both verbal and written
- Organized, able to prioritize effectively
- Native in Portuguese or Danish, fluent in English
- EU work permit required

Flexible start date. Full-time onsite role based in Lisbon.
