Role Description

At Job
Match, we develop technology that bridges the gap between science and recruitment. We’re looking for a Sales Executive with the ability to approach senior HR
- makers and generate qualified opportunities for platform demonstrations.

Your mission will be to initiate conversations with HR leaders, understand their needs, and schedule free demonstrations of our solution — followed by an exclusive feedback session that showcases the real value of Job
Match. This is not about selling — it’s about building trust, insight, and relationships that create impact.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (phone, email, Linked
  In);
• Confidence in dealing with
  - level contacts (HR Directors, CEOs, Partners);
• Strong organization and consistency in CRM
  - up;
• Interest in HR Tech, consulting, and talent analytics;
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and results orientation.
