THE ROLE
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reselling vans and motorhomes from our fleet to potential buyers in Italy. You will contact leads and interested customers via phone and email in their native language, contributing to the company's success by maintaining a modern rental fleet and ensuring its financial performance.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Develop and implement online sales strategies to meet targets for B2C and B2B channels.
- Prospect new leads (B2B) in your region.
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads to generate sales.
- Coordinate with local and regional teams to prepare vehicles for sale.
- Schedule Customer Demos and Vehicle Handovers with local staff.
- Serve as the main contact for potential buyers and customers regarding RV sales.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Technical degree or Bachelor's in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1-10 years of experience in customer support or sales, ideally in auto or RV sales.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Knowledge of RV products and sales processes is a plus.
- Experience with administrative tasks related to vehicle sales is a bonus.
- Humble, proactive, and a builder mindset.
- Knowledge of consumer financing is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in a
- paced environment.
