- ground relationships with leaders across the restaurant industry. The position includes building and maintaining a healthy pipeline, driving active prospecting, negotiating terms, and closing new partners — all while representing a global brand with recognized impact in the sector.
What you will do
- Manage designated pipeline and make outbound calls
- Negotiate terms, including rates and margins, and close new business
- Consultatively position our distribution platform and value proposition
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs
- Modify customer engagement to overcome objections and identify solutions
- Represent the brand and the platform professionally
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with sales operations, supplier support, and account management teams to ensure a smooth sales cycle
- Exhibit determination and resilience in the face of obstacles
- Engage with destination marketing organizations and other trade groups to win customers
- Travel to attend trade events, participate in regional speaking engagements, and/or attend internal team meetings as needed
Who you are
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales, preferably with an online company
- Native Portuguese with good level of English
- Experience with Restaurant/F&B Distribution to HORECA/hospitality preferred, particularly outbound sales and direct prospect contact
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proven record of contracting new business and exceeding sales targets
- Territory and pipeline management experience using a CRM (e. g. , Salesforce)
- Good written and oral communication skills in English and local language(s)
- Results-driven hunter mentality with drive to sign up new customers
- Self-starter capable of delivering on initiatives without constant supervision
- Confident, energetic, adaptable, organized, and able to succeed in a
- paced environment
