Sales Executive
Looking for 2 mid level sales executives for portugal hotels. Place of work: Albufeira.
Salary: £1600 - £2000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve room revenue, F&B, and events targets.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure new corporate, leisure, and group business.
- Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize
- term revenue. - Drive MICE, group bookings, and
- stay business across properties.
Account & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and event planners.
- Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations.
- Represent the hotel group at trade shows, networking events, and sales missions.
Strategy & Market Analysis
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
- Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing and distribution.
- Identify new markets and segments for business development.
Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, reservations, revenue, and operations teams.
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed business to operations and events teams.
- Support promotional campaigns and brand initiatives across the group.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate data in CRM and sales systems.
- Track performance against targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in hospitality, within a hotel group is MANDATORY.
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in corporate, leisure, and/or MICE sales.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties or accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
