Your Mission
- Build and nurture relationships with interior designers, architects, trade clients & final clients
- Manage a structured sales pipeline and forecast opportunities
- Present the brand and support clients with proposals, quotes, and project information
- Coordinate closely with marketing, production, and design teams
- Represent KOKET at international fairs, events, and showroom presentations
- CRM accuracy and organization (Salesforce experience is a plus)

Role Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Business Development / Sales Representatives to join our team in Porto, starting in January 2026. This is a full‑time, on‑site role where you’ll be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, cold calling and relationship‑building with clients. You’ll be on the front lines, learning the ins and outs of the sales process while building strong client relationships and assisting businesses in achieving their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls (especially cold calling) to introduce Capital Gurus' lending solutions, making a strong first impression with potential clients.
- Identify and qualify business needs and assess clients’ financial situations and generate leads.
- Educate clients on lending options, including terms, rates, and repayment plans.
- Use CRM tools to manage client interactions and track your sales progress.
- Actively seek new opportunities to expand our client base and help businesses grow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales (1+ year), preferably in cold calling.
